Benni Pops was founded by a husband-and-wife team in Santa Cruz, California, with a shared love of good food and making things by hand.
After more than a decade working closely with mushrooms—growing, foraging, and experimenting—we were driven to create a dessert that could deliver incredible flavor with hidden benefits. It was a pursuit shaped by Paul's personal health challenges and a desire to create treats that actually make us feel good after eating.
We make Benni Pops in small batches using thoughtfully sourced, 100% USDA organic ingredients. Every recipe is designed to be simple and balanced. Never too heavy or overly sweet. And we test obsessively. If it doesn’t taste great, it doesn’t make the cut.
